  • The AI-Driven certification exam is available as an online exam only. When opting for the exam, your enrollment includes an exam voucher for the AIPM certification exam of APMG International.
  • During the live course, you will learn and work under the guidance and watchful eyes of an accredited AI-Driven Project Manager trainer with years of real-world and hands-on AI experience.
  • This means that you are guided by AI experts and leaders who are there for you when you need them.

Duration AI-Driven Project Manager Certification Course

  • The standard duration of the AI-Driven Project Manager instructor-led certification course is 1 day, or 2 half days. This does not include the certification exam. A license for the self-paced course is valid for three months.
  • After the completion of an instructor-led class or the self-paced course, your will receive your credentials to access the online certification exam preparation materials for six months. The exam preparation is on a self-study basis. Besides an ample amount of exam preparation materials, including videos, you’ll also have access to a sample exam.

  • After completing the 1-day AI-Driven Project Manager course or the self-paced course, you have 6 months access to the online exam preparation materials. The exam preparation is on a self-study basis. Besides a plethora of exam preparation videos, you also have access to an online sample exam to test your exam readiness.
  • When you are ready to take the proctored online exam you book your online exam. The exam voucher that you’ve received after your enrollment will cover the exam fees.

  • Does the license for the self-paced course expire?

  • What does self-study for the exam entail?
    The online exam preparation environment comes with an array of videos and other study materials, and it has an online sample exam. All materials are in English.
  • Do I book the exam myself when I’m ready for it?
    Yes! You will receive an exam voucher for your exam which pays for your exam when booking it.
  • How do I know that I’m ready for the exam?
    When passing for the sample exam with a score of 80% or higher, you should be in good shape. Note that sample exam questions will not be asked again during the certification exam.
  • Is the online exam proctored?
    Yes! The closed-book online exam is proctored by an independent third party.
  • What happens if I fail the exam?
    If you fail the exam, you will need to re-register, re-take the exam, and pay the exam fee again.
  • How much is the exam retake if I fail?
    Each time you re-sit for the exam, you will be charged. The exam re-sit process is done and paid directly to APMG International at apmg-international.com.
  • Can I retake the exam immediately, or do I need to wait?
    You can rebook and take the exam straight away.
  • Does the exam voucher expire?
    Yes, the voucher is valid for 12 months. It cannot be extended. You can always purchase a new voucher.
  • If I decide not to pursue the certification, can I return the voucher and get the money back?
    No, all purchases are final. If you’re not sure about taking the exam or not, you can purchase a seat for a class and pay for and take the exam at a time that you are ready. You will not have access to the exam preparation environment, however.
  • Will the exam be updated in the future?
    Yes, the exam is regularly updated to reflect new trends in AI, particularly AI applied to project management.
  • With updates around AI, does my AIPM credential expire?
    No, your credential does not expire. You will remain part of the certification holders and receive updates on new AI trends.
  • When will I receive my certificate?
    You will be able to claim their digital badge and electronic certificate from the APMG Candidate Portal within two business days of their exam result being issued.
  • How do I access my digital badge and/or certificate?
    You can always access all your electronic certificates and badges via the APMG Candidate Portal. Once you have logged on to the Candidate Portal, click on the ‘Badges and Certificates’ option from the menu bar at the top of screen. From here you should click on the ‘Create Badge/Certificate’ button. This will take you to the Credly platform to create and account and download your badge and certificate. Step-by-step guidance is available to download from the ‘Badges and Certificates’ area in your Candidate Portal. Electronic certificates are environmentally friendly, but you can print the certificate yourself at home or work, if required.
