The Chief AI Officer Certification program is delivered per GIIM‘s so-called Synchronous Live (face-to-face and online) schedule.

Each of the 4 face-to-face certificate courses conducted outside North America typically follows a 6 week model:

  • Weeks 1-2: course preparation
  • Weeks 3-4: 30-40 hours (usually held in 4 days) of face-to face classes
    • Consecutive weekends (all day Saturday & all day Sunday) or
    • Any schedule desired over a 1-2 week period where we meet 30-40 hours
  • Weeks 5-6: attendees do a project that applies the course content which is sent to our faculty for critique
  • The next course cycle begins on the 7th week

The North American face-to-face segments can be scheduled more flexibly; typically given on two 2-day face-to-face segments with a 3 week separation between the segment.

The Chief AI Officer certification courses can also be delivered synchronously online.

For face-to-face (in-person or live online) courses, GIIM uses Affiliate/Group rates of at least USD $40,000 for in-person training and $30,000 for live online training, per 40-hour course for up to 30 candidates / students. 

For example, with:

  • 16 attendees, each candidates/students tuition/fee would be $2,500 per course; $10,000 for the 4-course certificate
  • 20 attendees, each candidates/students tuition/fee would be $2,000 per course; $8,000 for the 4-course certificate
  • 30 attendees, each candidates/students tuition/fee would be $1,335 per course; $5,340 for the 4-course certificate
  • Individual student/candidate tuition is at least $2,500 per 40-hour course ($10,000 for the 4-course certificate), with a minimum of 16 candidates/students; hence the $40,000 per group/cohort.
